Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Body Builder spray is an excellent way to boost your hair's definition and volume without having to tease and fuss with it. If you’re anything like me, with pin straight hair that just forms to the face this spray allows for customizable volume as you switch from Low to Medium.

Easy to use, you just spritz sections of your hair and remember to keep the nozzle 8-10” away to avoid any over saturation of product in any one particular area. It's easy to go overboard and add too much product though, so less is more, which is why I like to work from the low setting. This allows you to achieve instantaneous voluminous hair in a matter of minutes by spraying and working in with your hands.

I don’t mind the scent and don’t find it overbearing, but may be a bit unsettling for those who are sensitive. Also, if you do go a little to ham with the product, you’ll definitely start to feel the filmy/tacky texture. I especially noticed that if I used too much that day, I had to wash my hair the next day because I woke up with weighted, greasy looking hair.

That said, what’s great is that it contains no parabens or phthalates, silicone-free and works great with any hair that is colored or chemically treated. The Body Builder is designed to protect from heat damage up to 450 degrees and works best on already dried and styled hair.

As you can see mine has H (high) & L (low) instead.

I agree that it allows for movability, since I am still able to brush my hair with my hands or a brush without any brittleness or weight.  Overall, Living Proof has delivered an excellent finishing spray that gives my limp, straight hair some oomph!
