The Perfect Wedding Mask from Camiane is a beautifully packaged, two-step filling mask program that will make every day feel like your special day! The first step is a PHA (Poly Hydroxy Acid) filling pack that creates a transparent peel-off mask, which exfoliates, locks in moisture, acts as an antioxidant, and is safe for sensitive skin.
The second stage is a 100% microfiber Triple Hyaluron ampule sheet that contains three different weights of hyaluronic acid that work together to hydrate your skin, and keep it hydrated by acting like a magnet for moisture. I began the first step by removing the super-cute diamond pack from the perforated packaging. Then, snapping the small stem back transformed the gem vial into a squeezable dropper, which I used to apply the somewhat sticky, gel-like substance to my face. It had a very pleasant sweet, fruity scent and was easy to apply with my fingers, taking care of course to avoid the hair so that it wouldn’t be pulled out while peeling the mask off.
I found that the generous amount of liquid in the vial was more than enough to completely cover my face. I proceeded to wait the entire recommended 20 minutes with the mask on, but within the first five I noticed that it had completely set and formed an extremely glossy, smooth, and transparent film on my face.
Afterward, it peeled off very easily from bottom to top, coming off in large pieces at once. Only having completed this initial step, my skin already feels softer and has a slight glow, it definitely succeeded in exfoliating my skin since I could see the dirt and debris left on the mask after pulling it away.
Now for the second step: the sheet mask! Upon opening the second half of the package containing this mask, I immediately noticed a clean, but intense, spicy scent.
There was a second layer included that helped keep the serum in the mask while placing it correctly on the face, which was a welcome addition. The ampule sheet layer underneath felt completely saturated with the hydrating liquid, and gave me chills when I first put it on! I decided to wait the full thirty minutes for this stage of the treatment, and all throughout, the mask continued to provide a wet and cool feeling without sliding at all as I went about my business around the house.
When the time was up, I removed the mask to reveal that my skin was definitely soft, felt tighter and the nice glow from before was still present. It did have a bit of a tacky feeling as well, but nothing that would stop me from using this mask again.
