I am excited to share with you my review on trying out Marc Jacobs Beauty NEW Highliner Gel Eye Crayons!
Let me out by sharing that I am not one to use crayon eyeliners simply because I don’t
have luck of them lasting all day. However, Marc Jacobs Highliner Matte Gel Eye
Crayons are simply perfect.
The formula is as smooth as silk and easily glides
onto your eyes. I discovered that both colors that I received, (Earth)quake and
Pink of Me, are highly pigmented and I love the matte finish. I use the light
pink shade (Pink of Me) on my water line to give my eyes that extra pop and
freshen my look. 
The gel crayons dry in just the right amount of time whether
you are looking to smudge it or not, but once it dries it stays in place. I
haven’t had any issues with it moving or smudging even during grueling work
days. If you are a contact wearer or have sensitive eyes, I would definitely
recommend this since it stayed in place even when my eyes got watery from
allergies or sweat.
I find the liner is thin enough as it is without being
sharpened, but there is a removable sharpener at the end in the case you need
it. Overall, I love these liners and look forward to getting more colors!
