Immediately when opening the package, I smelled the fruity flavors (Lemon, Blueberry, Orange) which also tasted so great that it could be mistaken for candy. I loved the texture of these; they tasted like natural fruit gummies that are easy to chew and not rubbery like other vitamin gummies. The recommended dosage is 6 gummies daily for adult women. I'm used to the normal 2 gummies recommended from other brands, but since they are so tasty I can make an exception!

I did feel a slight energy boost after taking these which may have been the slight amount of sugar or just the fact I am making a healthy conscious choice, but I know it will take at least several weeks of continued use to start seeing results of improved health.
