I have very fair skin and I burn easily, so to protect myself I applied this every morning. In fact, you should always apply sunscreen no matter the rain, sun, or snow, since any incidental sun exposure causes premature aging, pigmentation and other things we want to avoid. That even includes sitting in your car or next to a sunny window, so the 30 SPF should do the trick. However, if I were planning a day trip out in the sun I would go one step further and choose the Hawaiian Tropic 50 SPF.

It’s even water-resistant for up to 80 minutes, which is plenty of time to catch some rays and waves at the beach! In short, this has become a new favorite daily sunscreen and I would highly recommend it to everyone.
