BEAUTYMORY Crystal Cherry Blossom Modeling Mask

Monday Masking was delightful, featuring Beautymory Crystal Cherry Blossom Modeling Mask! It’s a gel-based modeling mask, with a unique process that allows your inner scientist to conduct an experiment to create the perfect beauty mask. This pink shimmery mask improves skins elasticity, removes dead skin cells, and controls excessive sebum production while leaving your skin brightened, softer and cleaner.

In the modeling set you receive two packets, one being the Cherry Blossom Base Gel, another with the Vitamin Powder, then the tray and spatula. Combing this dynamic duo works to distribute vitamins, hydration and nutrients.

The gel mask helps to create a barrier onto your skin allowing for maximum absorption of vitamins A, B, and E. The powder also contains vitamin C that helps brighten your complexion and relaxing, strengthening pearl powder.

Beginning your science project is a simple process. Start by scooping out the Cherry Blossom Base Gel (1) into the tray and then pour in the Vitamin Powder (2) and mix thoroughly with the spatula until the powder is fully absorbed. The formula then goes from a sticky, shiny goo to a liquidy-smooth gel.

Time is of essence though, so you need to apply it quickly after mixing within the recommended 2-3 minutes. Otherwise, the formula will begin to set, causing it to become chunky and harder to spread. Wait time is 20-30 minutes, so sit back and relax. Removal of the mask in one piece is pretty easy, but it does leave behind a trace of tacky residue.

Once applied, the gel like substance had a chilling reaction on my face. I slathered it on thick, and the goop initially started to slide down. However, it did eventually set up without dripping off my face entirely. The slimy, rubbery texture and pink sparkly color combine for a really fun experience compared to generic masks. It also has a strong, but pleasant aroma that reminds me of flowery, fruity Kool-Aid packet.

I’m a little disappointed in the plastic waste from the unnecessary spatula and tray. In my opinion, any household items would work, but in the end, I am pleased with how soft, moisturized, and bright my face feels and appears after using this mask.
