Vistic Car Air Freshener - Fara

Vistic carries three different designs of car air fresheners, the first being Fara, the type that hangs, an adhesive dashboard mount called the Odete, and finally the Drec, a vent clip freshener. Along with the variety of different types of fresheners comes a wide array of color choices that are each accompanied by their own scent.

In all there are six colors paired with individual scents:
Pink (Grapefruit)
Black (Midsummer Night)
Olive (Pine & Eucalyptus)
Violet (Silver Mountain Water)
Brown (Pomegranate)
Light Blue (Suede)

I received the Fara (the hanging freshener) in the Olive color with the Pine & Eucalyptus fragrance oil. Each scent is made from 100% pure fragrance oils that should last up to six weeks depending on condition. The packaging is posh, and reminds me of something you’d see available at Ikea.

The directions are pretty self-explanatory: open the device by turning clockwise to reveal the felt fabric rounds. Then, soak the felt with a good number of drops (2/3 of total capacity recommended), which as you can see, I simply dotted the fabric front and back on both of the felt rounds.

The freshener hangs at a good distance and the rubber hangers are sturdy enough that it won't swing wildly and become an obstructive annoyance. The strength will be determined based upon the amount of oil used, and I found it to distribute the scent evenly throughout the vehicle. The Pine & Eucalyptus is very clean, healthy and has a bit of sweet honey scent that left my truck smelling wonderfully.

Overall, this is by far my favorite car accessory, not only for its stylish design, but also the fact that it is reusable whether you purchase more refills from Vistic or use your own essential oils. I love that it came with extra felt pads, but I only find it necessary to use those if I change the fragrance. Quite honestly, if you lose any or they need replacement, you could even make your own from wool felt! I personally would love to try the other fragrances, and support this environmentally conscious brand even further.
